When we walk with God, His strength becomes our foundation. His peace becomes our covering. Together, they allow us to face life with confidence and calmness.

In situations where a marriage becomes unsafe, separation may not be a lack of faith. It may be an act of wisdom and protection. Scripture shows us that God is deeply concerned with the well-being of His people. Jesus often stepped in to restore dignity, safety, and wholeness to those who were suffering. Unity does not mean silence. Strength does not mean suffering in secret. Endurance does not mean accepting abuse.

When our spirit is rooted in faith, hope, and love, it becomes the foundation for how we care for ourselves and others. A strong spirit helps us persevere, forgive, and trust God even in difficult seasons. At the same time, taking care of our bodies honors the life God has given us and allows us to continue serving, loving, and showing up for our purpose.
